· Look at a portfolio  which  typifies the type of event  your are planning

· Are you primarily a portrait or a candid photographer or can you do both?

· While at the event will you take journalistic and candid low profile approach.

· Do you do black and white, just color or both?

· While at the event will you bring a lot of extra lighting and flash gear on tripods?

· Can you take a non-intrusive approach to photography at the event which doesn't 

   intimidate  those dancing and having fun?

· Can you use a limited amount of extra flood lighting so the room doesn't appear so

   cluttered and the flood of lights doesn't disturb the low mood lighting ambiance? 

· Will you intrusively tap people on the shoulder and get them to pose for a picture?

· Do you have a list of your services and fees for those services?

· What is the total cost with an itemized list of all fees and services?
