| Electrical Services
Every special events will require some sort of electrical service or support in this day and time. Because electricity is not tangible, never seen and taken largely for granted in our society electrical requirements or safety considerations are many times not discussed at many events until an electrical failure or mishap occurs. Proper planning includes the discussion of electrical requirements and usage as well as safety considerations well before the day of the event. While most indoor event sites and facilities usually have electrical policies, procedures and requirements in place for most events some sites lack true professional considerations and proper event electrical standards necessary for a safe and well executed event. It is always important and necessary to review electrical requirements well before the actual event day. Having an electrical engineer that is licensed on site at the actual time and day of your event is a must for a successful event. Out door events especially require much more planning, safety considerations, monitoring and regulating when it comes to special event electrical requirements. Employing electrical personnel and electrical equipment which may include generators, spider boxes and quad runs, air-conditioners, power cables, GFI availability, Distribution panel, Flood lights, etc all may be necessary for an outdoor event.
